Arrival – Thursday 1/8/2024 between 10am and 6pm

Departure – Sunday 4/8/2024 by 1pm latest

Camp Etiquette & Rules

We want everybody to have a good time & this is a family friendly event so we have to have some basic rules. Anybody not following the rules may be asked to leave with no refund issued.

If anybody has any concerns during the event, please speak to an 8 Below Trustee.

• Noise Curfew
  • No music between the hours of 23:00 & 07:00
  • Noise to be kept to a minimum between the hours of 23:00 & 07:00
• Dogs
  • Do not approach or touch dogs without the owner’s consent.
  • All dogs must be kept secure at all times. (no off lead dogs).
  • Pickup after your Dog(s).
• Off Lead Area
  • Be courteous to others and limit your time to 15 minutes to allow others to use the area. (Unless nobody is waiting)
  • Let other campers know how long you intend to be if they are waiting.
  • Pickup after your Dog(s).
  • No Food/Drink to be taken into the Off-lead Area.
  • No Toys to be Left in the Off-lead Area.
• Vehicles
  • Vehicles must be parked within your pitch.
  • Max Vehicle speed of 10mph (Remember kids will be playing)
  • During the Saturday Open day, no vehicles will be able to leave or access the camp site between 09:30 – 17:00 due to pedestrian safety.

8 Below Camps cancellation policy

No refunds within 1 calendar month of arrival date. After this time, no refunds under any circumstances will be issued.

Sometimes we understand things may happen and if you do need to cancel within the 1 calendar month, then at the discretion of the Trustee’s of 8 Below Husky Rescue store credit or transfer to an alternate event of equal ticket value may be considered depending on the circumstances. The Trustee’s of 8 Below Husky Rescue decision is final.

• You may wish to buy holiday insurance for cancellations and for your property/injury whilst away

Disclaimer

I hereby confirm that I understand my dog’s behavior’s and actions are my responsibility and I agree to keep my dog secure at all times. I shall not in any way hold 8 Below Husky Rescue, assistants or helpers responsible for injury or damage to my dogs, helpers, my equipment or myself and family for the loss or damage to property, however this may arise.  Dogs may be staked out around tents but should always be accompanied.

I declare that my dogs are attending will not be knowingly exposed to any contagious disease during the three weeks prior to this event and I will not attend if they incur such risks.
