Roman is a beautiful young adult husky who arrived at 8 Below Husky Rescue after being found as a stray, on arrival Roman was incredibly worried and we have been giving him time to decompress and get to know us, he is now ready to find his forever home
We are looking for an understanding and experienced family who will give him the time and patience he needs to adjust and settle into his new surroundings.
Roman can be a bit shy and unengaging at first, but with the right environment, he will blossom into a loyal and affectionate companion. He knows his basic commands and is eager to please when treats are involved.
He absolutely adores his food and treats!
Roman would do best in a home with older children who can understand and respect his boundaries. He thrives in a calm and structured environment, so a family who can provide a stable routine would be ideal.
Roman could live in an established pack with an experienced owner or a female dog of similar size, he would also be happy as an only dog.
He truly enjoys his walks and would be thrilled to explore the world alongside his new family.
