EVENT TRADERS

We currently hold two dog events a year – Leeds in May and Bakewell in August – and we are looking for traders to attend these Fun Dog Shows and Family Fun Days.  With our events growing in popularity at an amazing rate, we would like to invite traders to complete the form below to be placed onto our Traders Spreadsheet. This list will enable our Events Manager to access those traders who have registered their interest in upcoming events, and offer them the opportunity to have first refusal of a stall.

Information about our 2 main events:

Leeds

Leeds Camp and Fun Day has been running since 2017. The weekend of the event falls before the last May bank holiday and is located at Squires Café in Newthorpe, Leeds. We are located in their biggest field and can offer an electric supply to traders who require this. (Please make sure our Events Manager is aware of your requirement for electric).

The 2022 Leeds event had a footfall of over 650 people, with an additional 125 people already onsite at the camp, making it our biggest Leeds event to date.

Event entry is a donation to the charity with on-site parking available.

Bakewell

Bakewell is the newest event location which began in 2019, with its first camp in 2021. Located on the Bakewell Showground in Derbyshire, on the first weekend of August. This location offers limited electric supply for those have a long connection lead. (Please make sure our Events Manager is aware of your requirement for electric.)

The 2022 Bakewell event had an amazing footfall of over 850 people, with the additional 185 people on-site camping.

Event entry is a donation to the charity with parking available at £3 per car.


Food/Drink Products:

To sell any food or drink products please include a copy of your Food Hygiene Rating Certificate/Food Safety Award. You are also required to display any relevant food allergen information and take responsibility for ensuring that you comply with all current guidance and legislation.

​Camping:

Alongside these day events we have camping. Camping pitches include Thru-Sun camping around the event day which will be on the Saturday.

Do we have permission to include your company along with any images, text or details from your website or social media in any event publicity?
TRADE STAND BOOKING
We have limited number of electric hook-ups available at our events. Please bring your own generator if possible. We DO NOT private gazebos, tables, or chairs, so please ensure you bring these with you. Please also ensure your set up can cope with all types of weather. 8 Below Husky Rescue will not be liable for any damage caused at our events:

CAMPING: Camping is available from Thur-Sun with the open fun day on the Saturday. Camping tickets are available on the individual events pages. For more details CLICK HERE

EVENT SET-UP: Saturday: gates open 8am for set up - set up must be complete by 10am with vehicles strictly behind stall set up 9:30am. Event open to the public 10am-5:30pm. Traders are permitted to pack down from 5:30pm. Please depart the event space by 7:30pm.
